Career Moves: OMB Solicitors

Gold Coast firm OMB Solicitors has announced the promotion of five solicitors.

Harley Wilkinson and Samuel Layani have been elevated to Senior Associate; and Erlinda Nunn, Sarah Mason and Matthew Parker to Associate.

Harley Wilkinson

Admitted in 2018, Harley has practised predominantly in wills and estates. He acts for a broad range of clientele, from young families preparing simple wills to applicants and executors in complex contested estate matters.

Samuel Layani

Samuel began his career at OMB Solicitors as a law clerk in 2019. He works across a wide range of commercial, general and insurance litigation and regularly appears in Queensland courts, other state courts and the Federal Court. Samuel is an active member of the Gold Coast District Law Association.

Sarah Mason

Sarah is a family law solicitor with experience in both the New Zealand and Queensland jurisdictions, giving her a unique advantage dealing with clients that have relocated from New Zealand to Queensland and vice versa. Fostering a great culture and helping younger solicitors navigate their early career are priorities for Sarah, and she looks forward to continuing to do so in her new role.

Erlinda Nunn

Erlinda specialises in property and commercial law. Admitted in 2019, she began her legal career as a trainee in Townsville, gaining experience across personal injuries, wills and estates, and property law. She moved to the Gold Coast in 2023.

Matthew Parker

Matthew joined OMB in December 2023, and has consistently demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit. He practises in OMB’s property law team.
