Following the successful expansion of the Webex pilot to New South Wales and the ACT, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) will progress with a national rollout for electronic hearings.
All Queensland, South Australia, Northern Territory, Western Australian Judges and Family Law Registrars start on Monday, 11 August.
The rollout is being phased over two months with Migration Registrars nationally having started on 14 July.
This rollout applies to both Family Law and General Federal Law practice areas of the FCFCOA.
