Hamish Holden rejoins Morningside firm Piccardi Fry Lawyers following completion of his PLT and admission as a solicitor.
Hamish previously worked with the firm as a conveyancing paralegal where he managed a high volume of matters and built strong relationships with clients, solicitors and agents. This experience sharpened his organisational, communication and client care skills which he now brings into his estates practice.

He has a particular interest in estate planning and administration with a focus on guiding clients through sensitive and often emotional matters with empathy and professionalism.
His familiarity with Piccardi Fry Lawyers’ systems and processes ensures he can contribute seamlessly to the estates department from day one.
“Hamish has always impressed us with his diligence, attention to detail and genuine care for clients,” Principal Tony Piccardi said.
“We are delighted to welcome him back to Piccardi Fry Lawyers as a solicitor in our estates department.”
“Hamish understands not only the technical aspects of estate law, but also the human side of supporting clients during some of life’s most difficult moments,” Megan Piccardi added.
“His return strengthens our commitment to delivering practical, compassionate advice.”
