Nicole Dawson has been appointed to Senior Associate at Catton & Tondelstrand Family Lawyers.
Nicole has more than 30 years’ experience in family law, beginning her career as a paralegal before being admitted as a solicitor in Victoria and relocating to the Sunshine Coast in 2021.
She advises on complex property settlements, parenting arrangements and financial agreements.
Director Liz Catton said the appointment reflects growing demand from clients for clear and practical family law advice.
“Nicole brings technical expertise and a steady presence to often-stressful situations,” Liz said.
“Clients value her ability to cut through complexity and keep matters moving toward resolution. As most of our matters resolve without the need for Court, Nicole’s solution-oriented style fits perfectly with how we practise,” Catton said.
