Evolve Legal team has welcomed a new Special Counsel Kimberly Allen, who has two decades of experience in personal injury litigation and institutional abuse law.
Ms Allen spent almost two decades at a national personal injury law firm, where she held a range of roles across both frontline client representation and senior leadership.
Through this work, she developed extensive experience in managing complex litigation and high value claims.
In 2023, Ms Allen accepted a role as Legal Practice Director at a statewide for purpose organisation providing free legal advice and support services to vulnerable clients experiencing domestic and family violence across Queensland.
As part of the executive leadership team, she oversaw multidisciplinary specialist legal teams delivering services in family law, domestic violence law, criminal law and migration law.
She also worked closely with government and sector stakeholders to support coordinated, trauma informed responses for clients.
Ms Allen has now returned to personal injury practice and is eager to assist clients by combining deep technical expertise in personal injury and abuse litigation with senior level strategic judgment and leadership in complex matters.
