Feedback sought from compensation lawyers

Services Australia is conducting an online survey to gather feedback from compensation law practitioners on their experience when exchanging customer compensation information with Centrelink and Medicare Compensation Recovery Programs.

The agency says practitioner perspectives are crucial for enhancing government services that support Australians and will help identify opportunities to enhance services.

It is asking for only one response from a manager of each business area in an organisation that interacts with Services Australia regarding compensation.

The survey, Compensation Program Third Party Organisation Experience Survey, is confidential and takes 10 minutes to complete.

Responses close on 31 July 2026

For privacy reasons, individual client information should not be included in responses.
