Before entering the legal profession, Mr Chan spent more than a decade in accounting and finance, including roles with a big four firm and an independent investment bank. This background provides a commercial perspective that enhances his legal approach.
He advises buyers, sellers, directors, lenders and shareholders on complex matters including business and share sales, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, and restructuring.
Mr Chan specialises in structuring transactions to mitigate risk while delivering practical, commercially effective outcomes.
