Creevey Horrell Lawyers has bolstered its family and relationship law team with the appointment of Max Sutton as a Senior Associate.
Mr Sutton has almost a decade of exclusive practice in family law with extensive experience serving clients across rural and regional areas, particularly the Darling Downs and Brisbane.
Creevey Horrell Principal Dan Creevey said Mr Sutton was committed to helping families resolve conflict respectfully and efficiently.
“Max has built a reputation for his steady guidance, practical insight, and unwavering commitment to helping his clients navigate separation with clarity and dignity,” he said.
“Max is experienced in all facets of family law, including divorce, property settlements, de facto relationships, binding financial agreements (including prenuptial agreements), parenting arrangements, domestic and family violence, child support, mediation and family dispute resolution, and litigation.”
Mr Sutton, who holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) from the University of Southern Queensland, will be based in Creevey Horrell’s Toowoomba office.
“Having spent close to a decade practising exclusively in family law in the Darling Downs region, I’m excited to join Creevey Horrell Lawyers and continue my family law practice,” he said.
