Due to overwhelming support, the Queensland Drug and Alcohol Court (QDAC) has temporarily closed referrals, and this will be reviewed on 6 March 2026.
The program is at currently capacity for participants. Further communication will be provided regarding the status of referrals.
This communication may include how the Court can limit the number of referrals per week to reduce the likelihood of having to have further temporary referral closures.
There are alternative programs that can be referred to in the interim such as Court Link.
