A new Practice Direction and procedure update has been published by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) regarding a National Enforcement List.
The list will start in the Courts’ family law jurisdiction on 21 September 2026.
The FCFCOA issued the practice direction last week, which will provide for a streamlined process for enforcement applications and enforcement requests.
From 21 September, all enforcement applications and enforcement requests are to be lodged for filing by email to enforcementlist@fcfcoa.gov.au, together with any required supporting documents.
