The Motor Accident Insurance Commission (MAIC) has rolled out its new digital claim form for Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance claims. The Electronic Notice of Accident Claim Form (eNOAC) aims for quicker and easier access for practitioners and people who have been injured to lodge claim forms and progress the journey to recovery.
After rigorous testing and refinement with a small group of practitioners, the eNOAC is now available to all legal practitioners. The claim form offers an easy-flowing digital format with support information, data validation and automatic completion of some fields.
To continue enhancing the experience of claimants and practitioners, MAIC is also exploring other parts of the claims process such as completing medical certificates, requesting rehabilitation or reimbursement for incurred expenses, and facilitating Centrelink and Medicare clearances.
If you would like to be involved in the refinement of the claims process contact the team to be involved in the project.
To access the digital claims form and to learn how to set up an account, watch the instructional video then visit the eNOAC to get started.
