Colin Biggers & Paisley has announced the appointment of partner Rebecca Scott to the practice’s Brisbane insurance team.
Rebecca is an experienced professional indemnity practitioner with more than 17 years’ insurance and commercial litigation experience.

She has acted in an array of disputes and litigation for plaintiffs and defendants from a range of backgrounds, industries, and sectors, including insurance, legal, construction, property and development, transport, banking and finance, medical, education, native title and related matters, and commissions and inquiries work. Rebecca is a QLS Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation with particular expertise in acting for solicitors and their insurers in complex litigated claims and policy disputes.
