Julia Hewitt has been promoted to the role of Special Counsel within the firm’s property and development team.

Julia has more than 11 years’ experience in property and development, including acquisitions, sales and leasing. She has acted for a range of clients including property developers and body corporates.
Her practice focuses on all aspects of community title and flat land, off-the-plan and registered residential and mixed-use developments. This includes acquisition of the development site, development agreements, construction funding, sale of management rights, plan registration and supervising the conveyancing.
