Thynne + Macartney has announced three promotions – a new Senior Associate and two new Associates.
Migration team member Ruth Wang has been promoted to Senior Associate while Emma Kime (Banking + Finance) and Pravneel Chaudhary (Commercial + Dispute Resolution) have been promoted to Associate.
Ruth Wang
Ruth helps international clients with their commercial and personal legal issues in Australia, including in the areas of family law, foreign investment and litigation matters. She is fluent in Mandarin and understands Cantonese.
Emma Kime
Emma has more than five years’ experience and assists clients with all aspects of their banking, financial, project and property matters. With a background in agribusiness law, she has also assisted with solar and wind farm transactions, water transactions, as well as vegetation and general agribusiness issues. Emma is a nationally accredited mediator.
Pravneel Chaudhary
Pravneel advises clients on all aspects of commercial litigation and insolvency, with a focus on construction sector recoveries and contract disputes. He also advises on numerous insolvency and restructuring matters, including voidable transactions, debt recovery, insolvent trading and winding-ups.
