Clayton Utz has announced a new round of promotions.
Tim Gordon and Paul Noble have been promoted to Partners in the firm’s Brisbane office.
Tim Gordon
Tim provides public law advisory and regulatory services for clients at all levels of government, including on governance, complex statutory interpretation, constitutional law and regulatory issues. Another main focus of his practice is public law litigation, with a particular focus on judicial review matters.
Paula Noble
Paula started working with the firm as a new graduate almost two decades ago, and now runs a real estate practice assisting both private sector and government clients with property development projects. She also focuses on major infrastructure projects, government acquisition and disposal work and tenure advisory work.
Ian Motti has been promoted to Special Counsel in the firm’s Brisbane environment and planning team.

Ian has extensive experience in all aspects of planning and environment law. Ian also represents clients in Queensland Planning and Environment Court proceedings.
