Update: These arrangements have been extended to include Tuesday 1 March.
The Brisbane and Lismore registries of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) are operating remotely only, with no in-person court hearings or other services being provided on Monday 28 February.
As much as is possible, matters scheduled for in-person hearings or other court events will be accommodated electronically or otherwise will have to be adjourned.
Parties with matters listed on 28 February 2022 should contact the National Enquiry Centre on 1300 352 000 should they require assistance. A note to this effect has been published on the courts’ website.
