Delay in PC renewals process – due date extended

The new due date for submission of renewals and associated fees, including professional indemnity insurance levies is 17 June 2022.

This follows some delays and issues with a new system being utilised for the 2022-23 practising certificate renewal process.

The new system is different to the previous QLS renewals systems, particularly the requirement to create a new login to myQLS.

For those who are yet to renew, please do the following:

  1. Create a new login to myQLS using the unique email invitation sent to you previously. If you have misplaced this invitation, please advise portalsupport@qls.com.au as soon as possible and they will re-send your invitation. Please note: this invitation is personal to you and you cannot use another person’s invitation to create a login
  2. Once you have logged in to myQLS, click on the ‘Renew your practising certificate’ tile.
  3. If you have difficulty, completing your renewals please contact portalsupport@qls.com.au
  4. If you have queries arising out of your invoice, please contact records@qls.com.au

The renewals period is a peak time for assistance requests and the support team is working hard to respond to all queries.

QLS has apologised for the delay.
