Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal President Justice Kerri Mellifont has issued QCAT Practice Direction No. 5 of 2022 – Applications for review of decisions made about blue cards.
The practice direction outlines a new procedural approach being taken by QCAT to reviews of a decision under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 and provides information, as well as directions, in respect of blue card matters.
