AIJA offers coercive control resources

The Australasian Institute of Judicial Administration (AIJA), which publishes and maintains the National Domestic and Family Violence Bench Book, has advised that a new chapter on coercive control has been added to the publication.

With the aid of some federal funding, the AIJA engaged bench book lead Professor Heather Douglas of the University of Melbourne to prepare the new chapter on coercive control, along with a set of slides, a short video and speaker’s notes for educational sessions together with speaker’s notes.

The new resources are available for download.
