Mahoneys has recently welcomed two lawyers to the firm.
Sam Marsh and Nicola Richards have joined the firm’s commercial litigation team as senior associate and lawyer, respectively.
Sam Marsh
Sam has experience across all aspects of commercial and corporate litigation, body corporate disputes, and corporate and personal insolvency. He regularly appears in court as an advocate or alongside counsel as instructing solicitor. Sam regularly participates in body corporate adjudications and in alternative dispute resolution methods including mediation and arbitration.
Nicola Richards
Nicola was admitted as a solicitor in 2019, and has gained experience in general commercial litigation, dispute resolution, taxation law, debt recovery and insolvency. Her recent experience includes acting for creditors in winding up applications and bankruptcy proceedings, and advising clients in claims involving residential building contracts.
