Macpherson Kelley has announced the appointment of Esteban Gomez to Principal Lawyer, Corporate M&A, within the firm’s Brisbane commercial team.
Esteban Gomez
Esteban has 20 years’ experience in private practice and working in-house in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and advisory, which has involved advising companies at every stage of the life cycle. He also brings to the firm skills in regulated transactions and capital raising, including venture capital, start-ups and mature businesses.
Outside of Queensland, Esteban is also a solicitor in England and Wales (non-practising) and an attorney in the USA (non-practising), with experience in complex cross-border transactions.
