Macpherson Kelley has brought in the new year with six promotions. Three of the Brisbane team members were promoted to Associate, including Caitlyn Wessels, Samantha Tan and Damien Quick.

Caitlyn Wessels
Caitlyn is an employment lawyer at Macpherson Kelly and Secretary of the Brisbane Junior Chamber of Commerce.
Caitlyn is passionate about all aspects of employment law, with experience in industrial relations, work health and safety, compliance and Fair Work Commission claims.
Damien Quick
Damien is experienced litigation lawyer, with a particular focus on professional negligence claims and shareholder disputes. He also practises in personal and corporate insolvency.
Damien has experience running proceedings in Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia as well as proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Samantha Tan
Samantha Tan began her legal career in commercial litigation and has since honed her legal prowess, making her a pillar of the Macpherson Kelley Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
Samantha works with clients in a range of industries on complex litigation and disputes, and corporate insolvency.
