EOI called for Development Tribunals referees

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are being sought for referee positions on the Department of Energy and Public Works’ Development Tribunals.

Development Tribunals provide an accessible, affordable and timely service for Queenslanders and statutory agencies wishing to appeal a range of building, planning and plumbing-related decisions made by local governments, private certifiers and other bodies.

There are currently 105 ministerially-appointed referees to constitute these tribunals. The term of appointment of the current referees expires on 7 March 2024.
