District Court Practice Direction No 6 of 2023 (Commercial List: District Court) was issued by the Chief Judge today.
This Practice Direction amends Practice Direction No 11 of 2020.
Paragraph 5 is amended to omit Judge Muir as a Commercial List Judge and to add Judge Andreatidis KC as a Commercial List Judge.
Accordingly as at the date of this Practice Direction, the Commercial List Judges are Judge Kefford, Judge Porter KC, Judge Barlow KC, Judge Jackson KC and Judge Andreatidis KC.
