James Conomos Lawyers have announced that Emma Tobiano was promoted to Senior Associate in September.
Emma Tobiano
Emma started work as a solicitor at James Conomos Lawyers in early 2023 in the practice areas of commercial litigation and insolvency.
She has six years’ post-admission experience, having extensive experience in administrative law and civil litigation within various in-house government roles.
Emma has advised on and appeared in civil litigation in the Queensland State Courts and possesses an intricate knowledge of the processes and legislative framework of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal where she was a Senior Associate. Emma was previously an Associate to the Honourable Justice Thomas of the Federal Court.
She now assists private clients in commercial litigation and insolvency matters.
