Acting QCAT President Judge Dann has issued updated QCAT Practice Direction 7 of 2013 – Arrangements for applications for orders to resolve other issues about trees.
This practice direction has been updated to reflect the costs orders which may be made by the Tribunal associated with engaging an expert tree assessor.
The Tribunal may make an order requiring a party or all parties to pay all or part of the costs of the assessor up to a total of $1200.
