QCase locations expand on Monday

Courts users at Beenleigh, Cairns, Coolangatta, Ipswich, Longreach, Mackay, Rockhampton and Townsville will be able to access QCase from Monday, 29 April.

These locations are part of the stage-three rollout with dates staying on track to complete the implementation across all of Queensland by 28 June. Stage three has been split into two groups.

Beaudesert, Caboolture, Cleveland, Maroochydore, Mount Isa, Pine Rivers, Southport and Toowoomba are rolling out on 7 May.

Ayr, Barcaldine, Biloela, Gatton, Ingham, Julia Creek, Mossman, Pittsworth, Sarina, Tully and Yeppoon will be on line at 20 May.

Along with the link to QCase portal, this page also contains helpful information including frequently asked questions, details on how to use Firm Administration to set up your organisation and users, along with a detailed QCase demonstration.

QCase will be unavailable the weekend before each go-live date – this is due to planned system maintenance to migrate current case data into the new system before each stage goes live.
