QCase seeking feedback

Proctor readers have been asked to submit feedback on the functionality of QCase, the new civil case management system, for their firm and to report any system bugs.

Practitioners’ feedback will be used by Court and Tribunal Services to inform webinar sessions and other material aimed at helping court users to have an improved user experience.

QCase has been available in Queensland Magistrates Courts and QCAT for several months. Court and Tribunal Services Queensland is seeking to enhance the user experience.

System functionality enhancements and fixes are planned. Currently, Court and Tribunal Services technical teams are committed to delivering continuous updates and enhancements with a monthly maintenance and development release schedule underway.

A series of upcoming webinars will be hosted with dates to be announced next month.

Readers can submit feedback by emailing QCase.feedback@justice.qld.gov.au.

Over the coming weeks, a 1300 number will also be established to provide over-the-phone assistance in using QCase.
