The Queensland Environmental Law Association will provide a rundown of the latest legal developments at its Planning and Environment Case Update in Brisbane next Wednesday.
District Court Chief Judge Brian Devereaux SC will chair the seminar panel of RedeMont Special Counsel Vanessa Walsh and barristers Tim Stork and Madeline Rogers, who will discuss seven recent cases heard in the Queensland Planning and Environment Court.
The seminar will be held on Wednesday, 17 June, from 5pm to 7pm, at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Level 42, 111 Eagle St, Brisbane.
