The risks of mediation will be highlighted in the next instalment of the James Cook University (JCU) Law Seminar Series tomorrow.
Experienced mediator Tanjil Whitnell will present the free session Mediation and the Dangers of Diluting the Process, when she will discuss the critical risks associated with mediation’s growing popularity and increasing use in mandated contexts.

Tanjil is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, and has managed the Far North Queensland Dispute Resolution Centre.
