HPX Group, which brings together Hamilton Locke, Source, Helios Salinger and Materra, is pleased to announce the following Brisbane promotions, effective 1 July.

Hamilton Locke has promoted Molly Kemp (Litigation) and Rachel Stower (Workplace and employment) to Senior Associate.
Molly Kemp
Molly has experience in large scale and complex disputes heard in several Australian jurisdictions. She has a general commercial practice which extends to acting in class actions, corporate shareholder proceedings and general contract and negligence disputes. Molly also has experience advising companies in relation to their statutory employment obligations. Before joining Hamilton Locke, Molly worked in the Litigation and Regulatory team at DLA Piper.
Rachel Stower
Rachel is a lawyer with a strong background advising clients on all aspects of employment, industrial relations and work health and safety law. Before joining Hamilton Locke, Rachel was an Associate in the Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety team at Batch Mewing Lawyers. Rachel also has experience working within the personal injury practice area.
Source has promoted Tobey Knight as Managing Legal Counsel (HR and workplace) and Jelena Milanovic as Director (Commercial – Legal).
Tobey Knight
Tobey is a senior lawyer with more than 12 years’ experience in workplace law, including two years in-house. Before joining Source, Tobey worked with Cooper Grace Ward Lawyers and MinterEllison, and also spent two years working in-house with the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
Jelena Milanovich
Jelena is a senior commercial lawyer, with expertise in general commercial law, building and construction, litigation and dispute resolution. She has worked both in-house and in private practice and uses her experience to provide tailored solutions to legal problems. Jelena has a breadth of experience advising on construction and infrastructure related matters, as well as providing general commercial advice. She is also experienced in drafting, advising on and negotiating complex legal contracts in the technology, building and infrastructure, rail and defence industries.
Jelena’s main area of experience is in construction, although she also has experience in general commercial law and litigation. Before joining Source, she spent eight years at McCullough Robertson and six years in-house at Penske Australia and NZ.
