Titles Queensland has updated its Lease & Land Title Practice Manual (LTPM) and published a new version of Form 7.
The manual update relates to Part 7 – Lease/Sub lease and reflects changes to the statements which appear in Item 9 of the form and provides further guidance on their use.
It also introduces the new version of Form 7 – Lease/Sub lease (version 8), and an updated Form 20 – Lease Declaration.
