Best Wilson Buckley Family Law has announced the appointment of four new lawyers across its Queensland offices.

Adele Bentham joins the firm as Special Counsel in the firm’s newly opened Brisbane Office. The firm says Adele brings with her nearly a decade of diverse legal experience, spanning both private practice and the community legal sector.
“She has developed a strong reputation for her work in domestic and family violence, family law, child protection and matters concerning the protection of counselling records for victims of sexual assault,” the announcement said.
“Her extensive experience supporting vulnerable clients and navigating complex legal frameworks reflects a deep commitment to achieving fair, compassionate, and practical outcomes.”
Rachel Stuart joins the North Lakes team as a Senior Associate. Admitted as a solicitor in 2017, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting). Her career in family law began as a Legal Associate to a Justice of the Family Court of Australia, and she has since practised predominantly in family law with additional experience in commercial litigation.

“She brings a strong client-focused approach and a commitment to supporting families through challenging circumstances,” the firm said.
Jasmin Michiels joins the Ipswich office as a Solicitor.
