Mullins expands construction team

Nicholas Thomas and Alex Nordang have joined Mullins Lawyers to bolster its construction team.

Mullins Lawyers says its expanded litigation and dispute resolution team will strengthen its construction and major projects capability to meet Queensland’s growing infrastructure and development demands.

The firm has welcomed Alex Nordang as Partner and Nick Thomas as Senior Associate, both joining from CDI Lawyers, a specialist construction firm following years at top tier and international firms.

Alex brings international experience advising on billion-dollar construction and infrastructure projects across Australia, the Middle East and Europe. He has acted for major contractors and government bodies on complex, high-stakes disputes and is recognised for his strategic approach to resolving matters efficiently in high-pressure environments.

Nick advises developers and contractors on dispute avoidance, risk management and litigation, with a focus on keeping projects moving and minimising commercial disruption.
