Titles Queensland advises that its revised fees (FY26/27) will take effect from 1 July 2026.
This revision is in accordance with Section 14 of the Queensland Future Fund (Titles Registry) Act 2021 (‘the Act’).
Titles Queensland’s online fee calculator will be updated to reflect these changes ready for 1 July 2026.
The FY26/27 fee list is available via the Titles Queensland website.
Up to and including 30 June 2026, the existing fees will continue to apply.
