Revamp for Online Services Portal

Queensland Court and Tribunal Services will introduce a range of features to improve its Online Services Portal (OSP).

The update will include:

  • a consolidated dashboardproviding access to all proceedings in one location
  • multiple profiles (limited to one profile per firm), with the ability to switch between profiles as required
  • enhanced notification preferences
  • expanded online services, bringing together all services available online through a Queensland court or tribunal, and
  • a refreshed interface.

These enhancements aim to make it easier for OSP users to access services, manage proceedings and tailor how they receive notifications.

To facilitate the release, the OSP will be unavailable from 5pm to 7pm on Thursday, 13 August 2026, with legal practitioners able to access the updated OSP from Friday, 14 August.

Ahead of the release, Court and Tribunal Services will host a webinar about the new functionality and key changes to the portal, with an opportunity to ask questions.

The webinar will be held on Monday, 10 August, from 1pm to 1.30pm. Register here.

A step-by-step user guide for the OSP will be available on the Queensland Courts website on 14 August.
