Beyond relevance: Reflecting on Queensland’s sexual assault counselling privilege, featuring District Court Judge Carl Heaton KC, and barristers Eddie Coker and Emily Lewsey, will examine how evolving SACP laws impact trial litigation and court processes, and reflect on critical shifts in applications to access protected counselling communication.

The event, worth 1.5 CPD points, will be held on Wednesday, 28 October, from 1pm to 3pm, at Legal Aid Queensland’s auditorium at 44 Herschel St. It will also be livestreamed.
