Queensland Law Society has continued to liaise with representatives from Auscript and the Department of Justice and Attorney-General to discuss concerns raised by practitioners.
These concerns included issues with delay and provision of transcripts, inadequate communication, process difficulties, and concerns regarding costs and accuracy.
Auscript has updated their contacts for members of the profession who need issues escalated and/or resolved.
