Making law through practice: examples from commercial law

In the second Selden Society lecture for 2022, Sir Ross Cranston will draw on themes in his recent book, Making commercial law through practice 1830–1970 (Cambridge UP, 2021), emphasising the Australian dimension.

The lecture, organised by the Australian Academy of Law Queensland and the Selden Society (Australia) with the support of the Supreme Court Library Queensland, will be held at 5.15pm (for 5.30pm) on Thursday 7 April at the Banco Court, Queen Elizabeth II Courts of Law, Brisbane.
