Practitioners from the fields of law and medicine will gather in Brisbane next week for the annual Medical Law Conference presented by the Australian Lawyers’ Alliance.
At the Westin Brisbane next Friday, presenters from across the country will discuss topics including interpreting blood tests in medical negligence, the scope of a general practitioner’s duty of care, obesity management, intentional torts in healthcare, understanding terms in orthopaedics, skin cancer claims, and the future of obstetrics in regional and rural Australia.
The full-day program will end with a networking function.
