New recruitment advertising process

Moving forward, QCAT will no longer be advising stakeholders of current member or adjudicator vacancies. Instead, interested practitioners should visit the Expressions of Interest page on the QCAT website. Anyone who is eligible may submit an expression of interest at any time, whether or not a current vacancy exists.

Expressions of interest can be lodged at any time during the year (commencing 1 July) and will automatically lapse on 30 June each year. All documents, preferably in one attachment (Word or PDF), to support their expression of interest are to be emailed to: QCATTribunal.Appointments@justice.qld.gov.au.

Anyone wishing to continue their expression of interest, will need to re-apply each year. Please note applications lodged in 2021-22 and 2022-23 will remain current until 30 June 2023, thereafter each application will be dealt with as above.
