DFV inquiry into QPS experiences technical glitch

The Commission of Inquiry into Queensland Police Service responses to domestic and family violence has announced it is experiencing technical difficulties in the livestreaming of today’s (Tue 26 July) public hearings.

The inquiry – headed by District Court judge and Childrens Court President Deborah Richards, this morning issued a statement saying that due to “a technical issue the livestreaming of today’s hearing” was not currently possible.

“An update will be provided when the issue is resolved,” the statement said.

“The hearing is still open to the public at the Land Court of Queensland, Brisbane Magistrates Court, Level 8/362 George Street, Brisbane.

“A transcript of today’s hearing will be made available as soon as possible after the hearing finishes.”
