The Land Court will explore the opportunities and challenges shaping rural Queensland when it holds its annual conference in Kingaroy next month.
Grown and Generated: A New Era of Rural Resilience on 20-21 August will discuss topics including expert evidence, developments in case law and opinion from International Court of Justice.
Speakers will include Land Court President Peta Stilgoe, Member James McNamara, Member Nicholas Loos, New South Wales Land Court Justice Nicola Pain and University of Queensland Professor Anthony Cassimatis.
