Carter Newell Lawyers has appointed Hannah Riggs to Partner within the firm’s Brisbane planning and environment team.

Hannah Riggs

Hannah has a commercial litigation background and has advised on planning and development approvals, environmental compliance, incident response, litigious negotiation and matter strategy. Her clients have included extractive resource operators, developers, government entities, retirement facilities, receivers, managers and land owners. Hannah is a member of the Queensland Law Society Planning and Environment Law Committee and is also President of the Queensland Environment Law Association.
