Brent Van Staden
Brent has extensive experience in corporate, mining and commercial law, and outside of Australia has practised in the United Kingdom and as an in-house counsel in South Africa for one of its largest companies. He joins the firm from Colin Biggers & Paisley and has recently advised clients on initial public offerings, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, secondary debt and equity capital raisings, and cross-border issues.
