The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia has issued new factsheets with yesterday’s commencement of the Family Law (Information Sharing) Act 2023.
The Act amends the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) to provide a court-driven way to enhance the sharing of child abuse, neglect, and family violence risk information in family law matters.
