The Refugee and Immigration Legal Service (RAILS) next monthly CPD webinar is Best case advocacy in the AAT on Monday, 28 August from 5.30pm to 7pm.
AAT Senior Member Dr Bridget Cullen and Member Kate Chapple will discuss the role of corroborative evidence in presenting an applicant’s best case in the Migration and Refugee Division of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, with a particular look at mental health evidence.
