HopgoodGanim Lawyers has announced the consolidation of its cyber security practice with the appointment of Steven Hunwicks as head of cyber security. 
Steven Hunwicks
Steven is a Special Counsel in the Intellectual Property, Technology and Cyber Security Team. He has more than two decades of legal and commercial experience advising businesses and government on cyber security preparedness, cyber incident response, data privacy, and large-scale technology projects and contracting.
Steven is a well-respected member in the cyber security legal community. He is a part of the Queensland Law Society (QLS) Cyber Security Working Group, comprising an interdisciplinary team of industry experts, members of the legal profession and QLS staff who collaborate on issues relating to cyber security response, threats and online fraud.
In his new role, Steven will be focused on leading HopgoodGanim’s cyber security offering from cyber security preparedness through to incident response and recovery.
