Criminal lawyers are encouraged to attend a one-hour information seminar on the new Supreme and District Courts – Criminal Jury Trials – Benchbook in the Banco Court, QEII Courts of Law on 30 September.
It will be presented by Chief Justice Bowskill, Senior Judge Administrator Justice Burns and Judge Byrne, Chair of the Benchbook Committee.
The session at 5.15pm will involve a panel discussion with practitioners.
