Institute releases free crime compendium

The Australian Institute of Criminology (AIC) has released this year’s edition of Crime & Justice Research.

Edited by criminologist and AIC Deputy Director Rick Brown, the compendium brings together 20 recent studies produced by the institute, with contributions from 48 researchers based in Australia and overseas.

Each chapter relates to one of the AIC’s research priorities: indigenous over-representation in the criminal justice system; transnational serious and organised crime; domestic and family violence; online exploitation of children; and cybercrime.

The free, 312-page compendium is available to download here.
